What happens after you send it
The same four stages every time, and nothing moves forward until you have signed off on the stage before it.
Consultation and planning
We go through your spec together and work out whether it actually matches what you play. Sometimes the answer is a different size than you picked, and we will say so.
Custom design and crafting
Shells are cut to length, rounded true, and edged at 45 degrees, then finished, drilled and fitted with your hardware. Photos at every stage.
Quality assurance
Heads on, tuned, and played hard before anything is packed. You get a video of the finished kit being played, so you hear it before it ships.
Support afterwards
A kit that needs adjusting a month in is a normal part of owning one. We stay reachable, and tuning help is free forever.
